 As a person battling lupus, I have experienced a great number of obstacles because of my illness. One of the barriers I have had to face is staying physically fit while battling fatigue. As a yo-yo dieter, I was determined to lose the most weight I had ever put on. Stacy Edwards determination to help me achieve my goals has continually kept me motivated to work out without exhausting myself. For the first time, I was able to take weight off and keep it off even with a medical intermission from our sessions. Stacy brings new ideas to each work out and always keeps a session interesting which is perfect for me because like many people I get bored doing the same thing every time I am in a gym. He always respects my physical limits and persistently encourages me to keep going when I think I cannot. My goal began with losing 100 lbs and I am already past the first 25%. I enjoy working out with a trainer that is there because he wants to see my goals realized. Stacy truly cares for his clients and their health and physical fitness is clearly paramount. He delivers quality work-out sessions and I would never be this motivated and doing as well as I am if I didn’t have Stacy as my trainer. My continuous success is because of him.

For anyone that wants to lose weight, lose inches, & tone your muscle, Stacy is your man. I’ve been working out for 10+ years, have had several personal trainers, and this is the first time that I’m actually going to achieve my goal. His technique of training is unlike any of the other trainers. It sometimes remind me of the “Biggest Loser” workouts. In 5 months I have lost over 24lbs and several inches. In obtaining my goal, I have about another 20lbs to lose and then I will start my maintenance program with him.   Stacy has not only become my trainer, but also a friend through this whole progress. He listens to my struggles, and provides advice when needed. When I’ve had a bad week, we talk about it. Helping people reach their goal is definitely a challenge for him. He’s very caring and a strong believer in educating you about the foods that you intake. His motivation is immeasurable, and when you finish working out with him, it makes you wonder if in fact we are friends. Now that’s a good workout.   I feel very confident, and very happy that I’ve taken on this challenge in my life. Now I know that this a life time change/commitment for me.

I always wanted to lose weight and be healthy so I would take it upon myself to find ways to exercise and change my lifestyle. Even though I exercised frequently, I still wasn’t getting the results that I wanted. This led me to take other routes to reach my goals, including personal training. Even with my previous trainers the outcomes weren’t successful. I remained focus for a period of time and then lost interest. There was still something missing that I wasn’t provided.
  Since I have been training with Stacy, I have been exposed to the different components that come with changing to a healthier lifestyle. I find myself to be more enthusiastic and motivated when it comes to working out. It has been a pleasure to work with Stacy even though at times our workouts are morbidly intense. I have realized that it is these workouts that help me to strengthen my endurance, patience, and stamina. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer because he is knowledgeable and passionate at what he does and the results are evident.
