A few months ago I could not ponder on the fact of exercising but felt overwhelmed with the amount of weight I have gained within the past five years. When I finally became tired of being lazy, going shopping and seeing my pants size go up, I quickly enrolled in the gym and took Stacy’s kick boxing classes. The class was like no other, and so energetic that I craved more and shortly after began training with him. What I like most about Stacy, not only is he passionate about what he does but he gave me his undivided attention and came up with a program that specifically adheres to my goal (HE LISTENED!). Not once has he belittled me but encouraged and educated me every step of the way to which made me feel more comfortable with my weight, I’m disciplined with my food intake and I came to a point where I am running a 5k every other week!! Now that I lost over 25lbs within a few months, everyday feels like a new me; I’m more energetic and became a gym fanatic. My friends and family are amazed at how fast I lost weight that they asked me what I've done. All I could say is one word,...Stacy.

When I began training with Stacy, I was 242lbs. I had always enjoyed being active, but my weight gain prevented me from participating in all the activities I loved. I was extremely hesitant about seeing a trainer because I was so ashamed of my body and it’s inabilities. When I was finally brave enough to go, Stacy made me feel that he was determined to help me succeed in my goals. I stopped thinking about my bodies inabilities because every session Stacy would show me what my body was capable of doing. Every time I left with a new accomplishment, whether it was increasing the amount of sit-ups I was able to do, or losing a good amount of weight, Stacy would always find something positive to bring to my attention before I left. Since I began training with Stacy I have lost 77lbs. I have been able to get back to all the activities I loved and even added a couple new ones such as, dancing, boxing, mountain hiking, kayaking and running. Just last month I ran my very first 5K! Without Stacy’s determination and encouragement, I never would have believed in myself enough to come as far as I have.

At the start of my journey with Stacy, my goal was to tone up and lose the weight that I gained over the years after having my two children and several failed diets. Unsuccessful attempts with various exercise regimens hindered my motivation and induced further weight gain which made me very self conscious. I finally came to realize that the only way I was going to achieve my fitness goals was by working with a personal trainer and that’s when I met Stacy. Training with Stacy has changed my life in many ways. His enthusiasm, knowledge, and determination to help me succeed in reaching my goal boosted my motivation and inspired me to keep it up. Stacy makes it his personal business to see that I, or any of his clients, do not fail or give up. Stacy genuinely cares about the success of his clients. Each training session is challenging, fun, and diverse. I truly look forward to each session. As a result of training with Stacy, I am proud to say that I am 37 lbs lighter and only 10 lbs away from reaching my weight goal!
